What does Prudish mean

Adjective having or revealing a tendency to be easily shocked by matters relating to sex or nudity; excessively concerned with sexual propriety.  We believe that men and women should embrace their bodies, whatever shape or size, and feel good about themselves. Whether this is done through lingerie, swimwear, or through play… we’ll leave that up to you! Always remember to Love Yourself. 

What payment types does Prudish support?

We currently support Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, Maestro, JCB, Google pay and Paypal..

Do you need help with your Promo Code?

You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'Promo code' box .

How will my item be packaged?

All items are packaged discreetly so you are able to have it delivered to an office or your home without any concern.

What will show on my bank statement?

It will show as ‘Prudish'

How much is shipping?

Our automated shipping calculator will calculate the most efficient and up to date costs for your package based on your location. Simply enter your address and select your desired shipping method. 

How long will my item take to arrive? How can I track my order?

In the US orders are usually received 2-4 business days after sending for Metro areas and 3-6 business days for regional areas.

All items sent by express delivery are usually received in 1-2 days for Metro or 2-4 days for Regional areas. 

You can track your order by entering the Tracking Number on our Shipping page.

Why have my items arrived separately?

Products are often located in different warehouses so we ship whatever is immediately available. We also aim to get the item(s) to you as quickly as possible. 

The item I've received is incorrect. What should I do?

We want to sort out any issues with your order straight away. Please contact our Customer Care team at orders@prudish with details of which item is wrong and your order number.

Please include your phone number if you don’t mind us calling you - this can make the process quicker rather than responding to emails.

I have ordered the wrong item. What should I do?

Please return the unopened item. If you would like a refund please let us know and it will be processed in 7 working days.

Note: the replacement product must be the same price or less. If it is less then we will refund the difference. This does not apply to stock that has gone on sale since your date of purchase.

For swimwear please ensure that you do not get make up onto the items when trying them on. Also please do not remove the swimwear plastic protection when trying on the items for hygiene reasons. 

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to receive an exchange is to place a new order and return the original order. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more information.

Can I return an item?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will refund the amount you paid when you purchased the item(s). Please note that sale items cannot be returned. 

We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods, which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.
